Reflections in Glass

(oil on panel, 6x6)
Please click here to bid or purchase: $75

I set up this still life to paint glass.
Love the way colors & reflections move around the glass objects.
Each carries a little of the other.

This is a sketch I did of the layout.

Thank you for viewing my paintings.

Heinz

(oil on panel, 6x6)
Please click here to bis or purchase: $75.

It is always so interesting for me to post paintings.
This helps me to see my work in a more detached version.
So naturally, I see things that I may change in future paintings.
This is how the practice of "Daily Paintworks" helps me grow as an artist.

Thank you for viewing my paintings.

The Drawing Studio

(graphite on paper, 14x17)
Please click here to purchase or bid:$10.

I just finished a drawing seminar at The Drawing Studio here in Tucson.
It was a lot of fun and, it is always a pleasure to get back to one of the foundation skills.
Here are two sketches I did for "homework" in this class.

Here is the set up for this still life drawing

This is a sketch I did from my friend's face book page.

This is the third of my paintings of the hard

Pedicure Too

(oil on gallery wrapped canvas, 25x18)
Not For Sale

This is the second in this series.
There was a man to the right of me getting a pedicure.
This is from the picture I took with my iPhone.
Pedicures feel great but are also a healthy way to care for your feet & circulation.
So, go out and get a pedicure!

Thank you for viewing my paintings.

Onions just fascinate me.

This seems to be yet another onion series.
Humm, onion roll.  It must be lunch time.

Not For Sale

(oil & gold foil on gallery wrapped canvas, 12x24)
Not For Sale

I love painting ravens and crows.
These fellows seem to be in a polite discussion.
I don't think that is how they usually converse.

Thank you for viewing my paintings.

Reflected Fruit

(oil on gessoed board, 12x10)
Please click here to bid or purchase: $200.

I worked on this one for a couple of days.
The vase is one my husband gave me years ago with flowers.
I  bring it out every time I get a big bouquet.
I just love the lines of this vase.
